Visiting

We welcome visiting during the day and evening. To get into the building, visitors must ring the tenant they are visiting by pressing their suite number.  

If unable to reach the tenant, the visitor can press #120 to speak to a person in the office between 9am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday or press #121 to speak to the on duty care worker.

 

The building is locked between 11pm and 7am for the safety of our tenants and our staff. To speak to the on duty care worker during this time please press #121.

 

The office is open:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

Closed on Saturday and Sunday and statutory holidays.

 

 

Parking

Visitor parking is available in the main parking lot in front of the building. If the parking lot is full there is free parking on Kiwanis Avenue.
